Hb Express Hotel - Tlaxcala

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was really attentive and helpful. They took care of my luggage even after I checked out. The location was perfect as it was in a quiet area , made it safe and peaceful. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The facilities provided by the hotel were amazing and I had no issues. The breakfast was delicious and the cappuccino they made for me was great.

The hotel was acceptable. It had a decent location near a bus stop and a good restaurant. the room was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities such as a comfortable bed and clean and modern bathroom. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the cappuccino was delicious. There was an option to store luggage after checkout.

Despite the good service, the hotel lacked a fan in the room, making the stay uncomfortable in hot weather.

Great price, spacious rooms, quiet area, attentive staff, reliable and cute, good night's rest.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff was very attentive. I also enjoyed the area's quietness and safety, which added up to a peaceful stay.

The only two things I would comment on are the hotel's location, which is a bit far from the city downtown. However, there is a bus stop nearby that takes you there in just ten minutes.

It was a cozy stay, but a bit off-centre from the hustle and bustle of the city. commuting to the historic centre was convenient, as the bus stop was very close and the ride to the city centre was only ten minutes.
